Open the cone by using finger nail clippers to clip the tip of cone.
OR
Open the cone by using sharp scissors. Cut a little piece of the pointy tip of the cone, making as tiny or as large a hole as you wishes, depending on the thinness or thickness of Mehndi lines desired.
OR
Open the tip of your cone by using a razor blade on a hard surface to make a clean cut.
